UK Student Visa Application
The following documents are required for the student visa of UK :
1. Visa Application form (VAF1 - Non-settlement) - fully completed and signed by applicant.
2. Appropriate Visa fee of for multiple entry.
3. Passport valid for at least 6 months, with available 'visa' pages for stamping (additional pages are not acceptable).
4. If available, the student's old passport.
5. Receipt for any deposit or prepayment of tuition fees paid to the University – if applicable.
6. Evidence of current studies, or current employment. If neither, evidence of current status.
7. Valid original acceptance letter from school/college in the UK stating
1. i Cost of course fees and receipt for any fees paid
2. Details of accommodation and how much it costs
3. The start date and duration of the proposed course
8. Evidence of ability to pay for course:

1. Original bank statements/passbooks covering at least 6months or FD (copies to be submitted)
2. The sponsor's IT returns for 3 years and salary certificates.
3. Deeds of any property or land owned in the student's country of origin.
4. Chartered accountant's report
9. All educational certificates after/from schooling till date
10. Evidence of English Language qualifications.
11. Sponsors are normally parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters or relatives. From sponsors, a letter of sponsorship, photocopies of their passports showing their immigration status (if sponsor is outside student's country of origin), evidence of their financial status and available accommodation in the UK (if sponsoring for accommodation).
Sponsorship from individuals who are not close family members of the student will have to be supported by very strong evidence on why they wish to spend a large amount of money on your education.
Australia Student Visa Application
The Australian High Commission requires that your application is lodged on the eVisa system at least 12 weeks prior to the orientation date at your institution. You will need to provide your counsellor with the following documents for your visa application:
1. Visa application form
2. Visa application fee
3. 4 passport size photographs
4. Valid Passport
5. Electronic Confirmation of Enrollment.
6. IELTS score sheet
7. Academic and work experience documents
8. Statement of purpose
9. Evidence of financial ability (tuition fees, living expenses, expenses for dependants, return airfare)

On lodging of your eVisa application, your counsellor will download the medical forms. You will need to undergo medical examination by a doctor on the DIAC panel.
Your eVisa application will be allocated a unique Transaction Reference Number (TRN). You may find out about the status of your application online at:

New Zealand Student Visa Application

You will be given the required forms by the New Zealand Government office (the visa issuing officer) in your country. Requirements for a student visa will normally include :

1. VERY IMPORTANT: A written offer of a place, which notifies you that you have been accepted by an educational institution in New Zealand to study there.
2. EITHER - A receipt for payment of course fees (You are not required to produce the receipt before your application has been approved in principle)
OR - Evidence that you are exempt from course fees. For e.g. A New Zealand Government Scholarship.
3. A complete and signed ‘Application for Student Visa’ form, with a passport-size photograph. You will be required to pay a non-refundable student visa application fee.
4. A guarantee of accommodation - a written assurance from an educational institution or other person that suitable residential accommodation is available to you in New Zealand.
5. Your passport or certificate of identity, which must be valid for the period of time for which you are applying to study.
6. Evidence that funds are available for your maintenance throughout your stay. One of the four is acceptable as evidence :

· A completed ‘Sponsoring a student’ form, in which your sponsor gives a financial undertaking that he or she can transfer to New Zealand NZ $7,000 a year : this amount is considered minimum for a year’s living expenses.
· A letter from your educational institution confirming that your living expenses have already been paid for as part of your fees.
· A bank document showing that funds of the required amount will be available to you in New Zealand ($1000 for each month of your stay for short term study, $7000 a year for long term study)
· An award of a full New Zealand scholarship

All these documents are essential before a student visa is issued. When the overseas New Zealand government office is satisfied that your application is complete and in order, you will be issued a student visa.
