AUPP hosts pre departure  meets before the start of each semester in the respective universities  to help you prepare for departure and arrival in the respected country. At the briefing, you will receive valuable information about living abroad, life as a student at your university, tips on adapting to the culture, and dealing with homesickness. You will also be given information about AUPP students studying in the respective universities.

Advantage AUPP: As most of our students depart in groups to their respective universities , these pre departure meets are scheduled for them separately.

Our Audited campus will also advise you on ticketing, foreign exchange, travel insurance, opening a Bank account (Abroad) and international calling cards.

Accommodation & Airport Pickup

While your visa is being processed, you need to work out the accommodation arrangements and book your air ticket. On-campus accommodation fills up very quickly. If you prefer to stay off-campus, you will need to book temporary accommodation for about ten days; this will give you time to find a suitable permanent accommodation. You will need your flight details to book temporary accommodation.

Most universities arrange airport pickup as a complimentary service or, in some cases, at a small service fee and take you to your pre-booked accommodation. Airport pickup is usually not available on weekends. Your counsellor can guide you on specific details to make these arrangements.

Departure

You may leave as soon as your student visa is granted. You must ensure that you have confirmation on your accommodation and airport pick-up booking.

Arrival

Once you are finally  arrived, you must remember to call home. You must report to the university on the scheduled date as per the offer letter. Stay in touch with AUPP via emails.
