In completing this
application form, the applicant and his / her parent (s) / guardian (s)
agree to abide by the Campus Policies and requirements stipulated
below:
1. Students must follow
rules & regulations of the campus as notified from time to time, any
violation
of the rules and
regulations shall subject the student to disciplinary action, which
could also include canceling the admission of the student.
2. The campus reserves the
right to suspend or cancel any student's admission due to misconduct
or any unforeseen circumstances in such an event, the students
cannot claim any refund of fee deposited.
3. The campus reserves the
right to make appropriate changes to its teaching staff, the course
curriculum and design, session and time schedule.
4. The student can change
the course before the start of session by intimating the campus at
least 10
days from the commencement
of classes and by making payment of Rs 500/=(Five Hundred only).
5. The credit transfer is
subject to the students meeting DIMIA reputation at the time of
applying for
VISA.
6. All disputes are subject
to local jurisdiction of Court.
7.
The confirmation of admission is only given after fulfilling all
requirements with respect all fee deposits, tests and/or all
eligibility criteria. Students are restricted for the use of campus
and it’s facilities till the commencement of regular
study course.
